Can I make my payments in advance?
You can make payments up to 2 months in advance through the homeowner portal.
Can I pay more than the amount specified in my trial payment plan (TPP) through the portal?
No, the portal only allows you to pay the amount specified in your trial payment plan. If you wish to pay more than the TPP amount, please call our customer service team at (866)867-0330 for assistance.
Can I set up autopay through the portal?
No, while a consumer is active in bankruptcy, the automatic payments feature is disabled to protect them from potential negative impacts. The feature is enabled when the account is out of bankruptcy.
How can I confirm that my payment was successful?
After making a payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and the payment status will be updated in your account under payment history.
