In addition to the Standard Servicing Fee Schedule, the following fees may be charged for certain services you request or services that occur specifically related to the servicing of your HELOC loan. The actual fees charged may be different, or there may be no fee, depending on state law, and the terms and conditions of your specific HELOC (see your HELOC loan documents for more information). Please note the fees listed below are subject to change.

Additional Checks Fee	This fee is incurred to provide additional paper checks to the customer upon request.	Up to $30
Annual HELOC Fee	This fee is charged annually to the HELOC, starting the first anniversary date of the account opening, and each anniversary thereafter during the draw period.	As stated in loan documents Up to $100
Early Termination Fee	This fee is assessed if the HELOC is closed within a certain time period from the date it was originated.	As stated in loan documents Up to $500 plus repayment of closing costs, if applicable.
Late Charge Fee (%)	Late charges are assessed for payments not received by the due date plus any applicable grace period. Late charges are calculated based on the terms of the Note, subject to state limitations. Late charges specific to your loan can be found on your billing statement. Over Credit Limit Fee	This fee is assessed when the credit amount for a HELOC is exceeded in any given month.	Up to $25
Line Reduction Fee	This fee is assessed to process a reduction of the line of credit upon customer request.	Up to $250 plus recording fees, if applicable.
Stop Payment Fee	This fee is assessed when a stop payment is requested on a HELOC check.	Up to $30
